I just purchased a Whitman DiamaGroove Bit in the Pinnacle shape. I am obsessed! I have a 130 lb. bullmastiff with huge black thick nails and it took under 10 minutes for all four paws. It’s hollow, keeping the nail from heating up. It was comfortable for us both. Worth every single penny. Shipped to Canada quickly, no issues. I did have to pay duty and taxes, which I expected. Outstanding customer service. I can’t stress enough how refreshing and uncommon it is to experience great customer service these days. This product is made in Michigan, not China. ~ Karen G
I ordered and just received the DIAMAstripper (Chubby, no teeth). I'm astonished with how comfortable it feels- I tried it out on my English Cocker Spaniel, who've I have been struggling to find the right fit of stripping tool for both both our comfort, and this seems to be it! I'm thrilled to say the least. I also have both DIAMAbits, and they have been go to filing tools for nails for about the last 7 years (purchased at a small grooming show in Grand Rapids). To start, i am a professional pet groomer. My dryer started tripping my breaker and its my only one. I called whitmans and they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me. Not only that but they sharpened my scissors, and helped me with the purchase of new blades and dryer filters which I desperately needed. Today I have tried their sample shampoos and im already impressed. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for the work they did. I will be back for sure. ~ ALEXIS F
