I ordered and just received the DIAMAstripper (Chubby, no teeth). I'm astonished with how comfortable it feels- I tried it out on my English Cocker Spaniel, who've I have been struggling to find the right fit of stripping tool for both both our comfort, and this seems to be it! I'm thrilled to say the least. I also have both DIAMAbits, and they have been go to filing tools for nails for about the last 7 years (purchased at a small grooming show in Grand Rapids). I know I already bought something durable and quality based on my last purchase, and given the comfort and flexibility, I feel confident that this tool is going to help me step up not only my personal output, but the overall quality of my work as well. 🤩 ~ Katherine Z

I just purchased a Whitman DiamaGroove Bit in the Pinnacle shape. I am obsessed! I have a 130 lb. bullmastiff with huge black thick nails and it took under 10 minutes for all four paws. It’s hollow, keeping the nail from heating up. It was comfortable for us both. Worth every single penny. Shipped to Canada quickly, no issues. I did have to pay duty and taxes, which I expected. Outstanding customer service. I can’t stress enough how refreshing and uncommon it is to experience great customer service these days. This product is made in Michigan, not China. ~ Karen G

Sent 6 blades to be sharpened ... 2 of them weren't worthy of redoing so they called to let me know and explained why and what to look for in the future ... that was the first really good impression I got of Whitman's ... the honesty to not just "sharpen" them and charge me! And then the blades that they did sharpen are like brand new again ... like a hot knife in butter sharp ... BRAVO TO WHITMAN'S ... To start, i am a professional pet groomer. My dryer started tripping my breaker and its my only one. I called whitmans and they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me. Not only that but they sharpened my scissors, and helped me with the purchase of new blades and dryer filters which I desperately needed. Today I have tried their sample shampoos and im already impressed. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for the work they did. I will be back for sure. ~ ALEXIS F

If you want your blades and scissors sharpened properly these are your guys. No one knows there profession better than they do. If price is your issue think about this, they take pride in what they do so your equipent stays sharper longer in return lasting longer. I am so glad they are now servicing the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek areas. ~ Ann R

I broke the on/off switch on my Oster A5 clippers. Searched all over southern MI to get them repaired with no luck. Called Whitman's and no problem. Shipped the clippers up to Farwell on 1/2, and they were repaired and back to me on 1/12. First class work and customer service at a good price. ~ Russell Y

Everyone has knowledge about all kinds dog grooming and supply items. If the person you are talking to does not know someone else does and you will get your answer. The sharpening service is awesome. Your blades or scissors come back better then new. Excellent company. ~ CATHY W

I’ve used Whitman’s for over 5 years and I have never had an issue. They do get busy so I will wait a little while for mine to be done however I’m sending shears and blades for 8 people at a time. I’m always happy. We ship them from Virginia. ~ Chrystal W
